Host City Dashboard Tutorial

Here is some basic information to get you started with the online host city resource manuals, the city pages, passion play email and online documents.

Host City Resource Manuals

Need a copy of the script? How about the performance soundtrack? Need some new flyers? How about a letter to a pastor in your neighborhood?

Lets say you are needing some new cast information forms for your open house auditions. After you have entered your username and password, click the link in the middle of the page.

You will now see a list of manuals. Since the form we are looking for is in the Administrative Resouce Kit, click on that manual's link to view it's contents.

Inside you will find files, and folders containing more files. Click on a folder to view the files inside.

Once you have navigated to the file you need, click on the download button to save a file to your computer. From there edit the template using Microsoft Word, or upload it to the PPMI Google Docs (instructions below) to edit and or share it.

City Page Blog

To help keep the site up to date with what is going on in each of your cities, we have installed Wordpress, a popular blogging engine so that each city can manage and update their presence on the web. Post upcoming events, photos, and stories from your city to personalize the page and make it belong to your cast and crew.
